Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days unless otherwise stated.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post and selected courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, Sassy Slime Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Warm Weather Notice

Slime can be affected by heat during transit, especially during Australian summers. If your slime arrives sticky or melted, this is usually temporary and can be fixed using the included care instructions and activator.

Refunds will not be issued for minor texture changes caused during shipping.
