At Sassy Slime Co., every slime is handmade with care and creativity. Due to the nature of our products, we ask customers to read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sassyslimecart@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund where required under Australian Consumer Law

Slime Care Responsibility

Slime is a sensory product and can change texture due to weather, heat, handling, or storage conditions. We provide care instructions with all orders to help keep your slime in the best condition possible.

Refunds will not be provided for slime that has been improperly stored, over-activated, mixed incorrectly, or damaged through normal play.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Some products may contain fragrance oils, colourants, glues, instant snow, clay, charms, or other sensory ingredients.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
